In Phase 1, partner providers handle billing, QR delivery, activation, and refunds.

Phase 1 support note

If you purchased from a partner provider, billing, QR delivery, activation, and refund support are handled by that provider.

  1. 1. Find your provider receipt.
  2. 2. Check whether the eSIM was installed or used.
  3. 3. Open the provider support portal.
  4. 4. Include order ID, email, destination, and screenshots.
  5. 5. Do not dispute before reading provider refund rules.
