In Phase 1, partner providers handle billing, QR delivery, activation, and refunds.
Phase 1 support note
If you purchased from a partner provider, billing, QR delivery, activation, and refund support are handled by that provider.
- 1. Find your provider receipt.
- 2. Check whether the eSIM was installed or used.
- 3. Open the provider support portal.
- 4. Include order ID, email, destination, and screenshots.
- 5. Do not dispute before reading provider refund rules.
