What eSIMNavigator sells

eSIMNavigator sells branded digital travel eSIM plans. An approved wholesale connectivity supplier provisions the underlying eSIM profile and network access. eSIMNavigator does not own or operate local mobile networks and does not guarantee coverage, speed, latency, or uninterrupted service.

• Launch plans are fixed-data and data-only.
• Launch plans do not include ordinary voice calls, SMS, a phone number, or guaranteed OTP delivery.
• A plan is valid only for its listed destinations, data amount, and validity period.

Your phone and account

You are responsible for confirming that the exact phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before purchase. Model families can include regional or carrier variants with different capabilities.

• Keep the order email and secure delivery link private.
• Do not share, resell, copy, or transfer an eSIM profile unless the plan expressly permits it.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or network-disruptive activity.

Price and payment

The checkout page shows the price and currency before payment. Stripe processes card and supported wallet payments; eSIMNavigator does not store full payment-card numbers. Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout when enabled. An order is not paid until Stripe confirms payment through a signed server notification.

Digital delivery

After confirmed payment, eSIMNavigator requests a profile from its supplier. Delivery can take additional time after payment. When ready, the QR code and manual installation details appear on the private order page and may be announced by email. A temporary supplier delay does not mean a second order should be placed.

• Install over reliable Wi-Fi.
• Follow the exact activation timing shown for the plan.
• Do not delete a profile during troubleshooting unless eSIMNavigator Support confirms that it can be replaced.

Activation and service

A plan may start at installation or at first connection to an eligible network. Local coverage and performance depend on the destination, partner network, device, settings, terrain, buildings, congestion, and maintenance. An eSIM is not a substitute for emergency calling, and data service should never be your only emergency communication option.

Cancellations and refunds

Digital eSIM products can become nonreturnable after allocation, installation, activation, or use. Every request is reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Submitting a request does not automatically cancel a profile or guarantee approval.

Acceptable site use

• Do not interfere with site, checkout, webhook, order, or security systems.
• Do not create artificial traffic, transactions, disputes, or support requests.
• Do not scrape protected supplier or order data or attempt to access another customer's delivery page.
• Do not republish substantial site content without permission.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and connectivity service are provided on an as-available basis. eSIMNavigator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, missed reservations, lost business, inaccessible accounts, or emergency consequences caused by device incompatibility, settings, local network conditions, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

The terms accepted at checkout apply to that order. We may update these terms for future use when the store, law, supplier model, or payment system changes. Questions can be sent to support@esimnavigator.com.
