Information we process

• Contact and order data, including email, order identifier, destination, selected product, price, currency, timestamps, and accepted terms version.
• Payment status and Stripe identifiers; eSIMNavigator does not store full card numbers.
• Delivery and service data, including supplier order number, eSIM transaction identifier, ICCID, activation credential, QR-code location, activation state, usage, and expiry when supplied.
• Support and refund messages, troubleshooting details, and resolution status.
• Hosting and security data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
• Finder inputs and site interactions when optional analytics consent is active.
• Privacy choices stored in a first-party cookie or local storage.

• Create and fulfill orders, deliver eSIM credentials, and show secure order status.
• Process payments, taxes, cancellations, refunds, disputes, fraud checks, and accounting records.
• Provide installation, activation, connectivity, billing, and refund support.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the store.
• Meet legal, tax, payment-network, and consumer-protection obligations.

Companies that help operate the store

Vercel hosts the site; Neon stores approved catalog and order records; Stripe processes payments; Resend delivers transactional email; and the contracted eSIM wholesaler receives the plan and order identifiers needed to allocate and manage the profile. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are configured with storage denied by default and receive expanded analytics consent only after the user accepts optional analytics.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose information to service providers that operate the store, when the customer requests a transaction, when required by law, or to protect customers and the service. We do not expose private QR or supplier records in the public catalog.

Retention and security

Order, payment, delivery, support, refund, security, and consent records are retained only as reasonably needed for service, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, and enforcement. Access controls, server-only credentials, row-level database security, signed payment webhooks, and private order links reduce risk, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Use Privacy choices in the footer to change optional analytics. Depending on location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right by contacting privacy@esimnavigator.com. We may verify identity and retain information that law, fraud prevention, or transaction records require.

Children and international processing

The store is not directed to children under 13. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to their contracts and applicable safeguards.
