• Hosting and security data, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
• Finder inputs, such as destination, device category, trip length, data preference, and traveler type, only when optional analytics consent is active.
• Outbound-link context, such as provider, plan, destination, source page, and button location, only when optional analytics consent is active.
• Your privacy choice, stored locally and in a first-party preference cookie.
• Messages you voluntarily send to our contact address.

Why information is used

• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
• Understand which guides and comparison tools are useful after consent.
• Route visitors to the provider they intentionally selected.
• Measure affiliate referrals and prevent artificial or abusive traffic.
• Respond to privacy, editorial, and support-routing questions.

Service providers and third parties

The site is hosted on Vercel and may store approved catalog or analytics records in Supabase. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept optional analytics. A provider or affiliate network receives information under its own policy after you choose to leave eSIMNavigator.

Google advertising

During AdSense review, the site uses an ownership-verification meta tag and ads.txt record without enabling live ad requests. If advertising is enabled later, Google and approved advertising partners may use cookies, IP addresses, web beacons, or similar identifiers to select, limit, measure, and protect ads. Required regional consent controls must be active before ad serving is enabled.

Consent and your choices

Optional analytics remains off unless you accept it. You can reopen Privacy choices from the footer and switch to Essential only. Doing so disables optional analytics for future activity and removes the site's optional session identifier. Browser controls can also clear stored site data.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information for money. Information may be disclosed to vendors that operate the site, to a provider you intentionally visit, when required by law, or to protect users and the service. Some US privacy laws define targeted advertising or certain disclosures as a sale or sharing; optional advertising remains disabled during review, and privacy controls will be updated before that use changes.

Retention and security

We retain operational and consented analytics records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Children and international visitors

eSIMNavigator is intended for a general travel audience and is not directed to children under 13. Service providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

Privacy requests

You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or applicable state privacy rights by emailing contact@esimnavigator.com. We may need enough information to verify and locate the request. We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
