How to Install an eSIM

Install from the QR code or manual code while keeping your eSIMNavigator order email available.

eSIMNavigator order support

For an eSIMNavigator order, open the private delivery page from your order email. That page links the request to payment, provisioning, installation, and refund-review records.

  1. 1. Use stable Wi-Fi.
  2. 2. Open cellular settings and choose Add eSIM.
  3. 3. Scan the QR code from the private order page.
  4. 4. Name the line eSIMNavigator or Travel Data.
  5. 5. Do not delete the eSIM unless eSIMNavigator Support confirms it can be replaced.
