How to Install an eSIM
Install from a QR code, provider app, or manual code while keeping your purchase email available.
Phase 1 support note
If you purchased from a partner provider, billing, QR delivery, activation, and refund support are handled by that provider.
- 1. Use stable Wi-Fi.
- 2. Open cellular settings and choose Add eSIM.
- 3. Scan the QR code or use the provider app.
- 4. Name the line clearly, such as Travel Data.
- 5. Do not delete the eSIM unless the provider says it can be reinstalled.
