eSIM Not Working
Diagnose compatibility, lock status, roaming, APN, and activation timing issues before contacting the provider.

If you purchased from a partner provider, billing, QR delivery, activation, and refund support are handled by that provider.
- 1. Confirm your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
- 2. Turn on data roaming for the travel eSIM if the provider requires it.
- 3. Check that mobile data is assigned to the eSIM.
- 4. Restart the phone after installation.
- 5. Contact the provider if the QR code, activation, or billing failed.
