Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked; model names alone are not enough.

Phase 1 support note

If you purchased from a partner provider, billing, QR delivery, activation, and refund support are handled by that provider.

  2. 2. Confirm the exact regional model.
  3. 3. Ask your carrier whether the device is unlocked.
  4. 4. Use a physical SIM or local SIM if eSIM support is missing.
