Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked; model names alone are not enough.

If you purchased from a partner provider, billing, QR delivery, activation, and refund support are handled by that provider.
- 1. Check phone settings for Add eSIM or SIM Manager.
- 2. Confirm the exact regional model.
- 3. Ask your carrier whether the device is unlocked.
- 4. Use a physical SIM or local SIM if eSIM support is missing.
