If you purchased from a partner provider, billing, QR delivery, activation, and refund support are handled by that provider.
- 1. Use the provider app or support page.
- 2. Include your order ID and device model.
- 3. Explain whether the eSIM is installed, active, or missing.
- 4. Attach screenshots of cellular settings and errors.
